A comprehensive subsidence exploration was performed by SDII Global Corporation (SDII), at the request of Bankers Insurance Company, Saint Petersburg, Florida. SDII has concluded that sinkhole damage has likely occurred at this site. Recommended remediation: grout injection to compact and densify soils beneath the structure, using thirty grout points and approximately 200-450 cubic yards of cement compaction grout.  The complete report is on file and must be read prior to purchasing this house.
