A comprehensive subsidence investigation was done by BCI Engineering and Scientists, Inc for Citizens Property Insurance Company/ROL Insurance Company to determine sink hole or settlement activity. The geologists report recommends a combination program of seventeen grout points with 200 cubic yards of compaction grout, followed by a shallow chemical injection grouting. The chemical grouting consists of drilling 5/8 inch diameter holes to approximately four feet centers around the perimeter of the house using a specially formulated polyurethane expanding polymer. |
